2 mins read
What is your new position at National Workforce?
My new role is Account Manager for our Padstow branch. The role focuses on relationship building with our current and new clients. I will be the key communication point for clients and ensure requirements and expectations are met. Our Padstow branch focuses on the industrial workforce so I will be stepping into a new and exciting industry!
What are you most excited about this year?
I am excited to see the industry expand and grow since COVID. I believe we will see candidates trying new roles and career pathways that they would never have imagined 12 months ago. As a business, we have adapted well to the changes COVID has brought about. We have excellent processes in place so we can continue to service our clients and candidates effectively.
What’s your advice to jobseekers?
Don’t give up! Keep an open mind when applying for roles, always think about the big picture. When applying for work, be proactive by researching the company, the role and the industry. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, opportunities will expand.
What are you and your team focusing on at the moment?
Currently in Padstow, we have had an increase of Forklift (LO and LF) opportunities. We are on the lookout for reliable candidates who have a great attitude. As always, we are focusing on delivering great staff and ensuring our clients are always supported.
