3 easy ways to find a new job
2 mins read
As 2021 draws to a close, many are thinking about what 2022 will bring. If you’re hunting for a new job, now is the perfect time to get organised and be ready to kick goals in 2022.
1. Give your socials a makeover
Is your LinkedIn profile up to date? Do you have a current profile? Is your work experience up to date? Most employers will look at your LinkedIn, so don’t waste the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience. With other platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, recruiters and potential employers may have a look. If there’s something on there that’s only for friends and family, ensure you have your settings on private.
2. Announce you’re looking
So, you’re looking for work, tell people! Post on your social media, update your LinkedIn profile to say you are currently looking for work, tell friends, former colleagues, family members, network and chat to people about it. You never know what opportunities can come from simply talking about the fact you are job hunting.
3. Speak to the team
Call us! We have a team of fantastic recruiters who know what industries are seeking, what the opportunities are and where. The team knows job hunting! If you’re not ready for a chat, jump on our website and register. Let us know what you’re interested in, and let us work our magic.
